What we collect, what we do with it.

What we collect today

Today the only personal data we store is what you enter into the waitlist form: your email address, plus an optional product-of-interest if you submitted from a product card. We use these to (a) ping you when the catalogue goes live and (b) understand which items have the most demand so the city-friends stock accordingly.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't use advertising trackers. We don't send marketing emails beyond the launch ping and a handful of pre-launch updates if you opt-in.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which products people browse and where customers drop off in the checkout flow. GA4 stores an anonymous identifier in your browser and tells us aggregate signals like “which product variants viewed during the Indore launch” — never anything that personally identifies you. We don't enable Google's advertising integrations; the data stays within our analytics property and helps us improve product quality and fulfilment.

You can opt out by installing Google's official Analytics Opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking gtag.js in your browser's privacy / ad-blocker settings.

After launch

Once the cart goes live, we'll also store the data required to fulfil orders: delivery address, phone number for the courier, and order history. The full policy lands then, with Razorpay/PG-required disclosures and DPDP Act compliance.

Asking us to forget you

Email gathri.team@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and we'll purge everything tied to your email within seven working days.
